On October 18th, Rainbow’s Jisook was taken to the emergency room due to an alarmingly high fever.

Ignoring her flu-like symptoms, Kim Jisook has been throwing herself in her preparations for Rainbow’s comeback album. Consequently, she collapsed during a practise with a high fever and was immediately rushed to the emergency room.

On the 19th, a DSP Entertainment representative confirmed that it will not affect the group’s schedule in any way. They said,

Bi Rain in Trouble?

Hallyu star Rain is being sued for debts related to gambling after borrowing a large sum of money from a Korean-American while gambling at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas.

According to Andrew Kim (28), Rain borrowed $150,000 USD from him in June of 2007 in order to play baccarat at the Bellagio hotel. Explaining the reason behind his decision to file a lawsuit, Mr. Kim stated, “Three years have passed and he has yet to repay me.”

The plaintiff also stated that Rain has severe gambling problems, betting up to $10,000 at a time while playing baccarat in luxurious hotels. Sports Seoul met with Andrew Kim and his lawyers in LA on the 8th, and also spoke with various casino representatives in the area.

Ten member group Co-Ed will be showing off their vocal talents through their new pop ballad track, “I Love You A Thousand Times.” October 18th will witness a dual release from the group, as they reveal their follow-up single “Bbiribbom Bberibbom” and the music video for “I Love You A Thousand Times”.

Co-Ed’s agency confidently stated, “The song is a modern pop ballad duet that will show off the hidden vocal talents of Co-Ed.” Their 180-degree transformation will be shown on October 21st through Mnet’s “M Countdown.”

JYJ’s ‘The Beginning’ has sold over 520,000 Pre-ordered Albums.

The Beginning has Gained much Interest;

It was recently reported that the trio JYJ have already received 520,000 album pre-orders for their new album, ‘The Beginning’.

On October 14th, JYJ’s album distributors, Warner Music Korea, revealed, “Out of the limited number of 99,999 special albums we produced, we have received over 300,000 pre-orders for their special album, and 220,000 for their regular album. Because of this, it has been taking some time trying to coordinate the demand and supply to various stores. Today will be the first time the album will be on sale for the fans, while the special album will be released later on the [October] 18th.”
